We started in Soho in 2016, after running street food stalls around London. We never had a family kebab shop, or a grandmother’s recipe. The kebabs got built seasonally from scratch, borrowing whatever flavours and techniques worked together. It was a completely new thing. 10 years later, it’s not a new thing anymore. The menu changes, but we’ve been feeding people hummus, paneer kebabs, chicken shish and fondue fries for a decade. We’re still borrowing. And it’s still a kebab restaurant. OUR ST
